Returns & Refund Policy – Luttfan Perfume
All purchased items from Luttfan Perfume may be returned within 7 to 10 days from the date of product delivery. Returned items may be replaced or refunded, depending on the nature of the issue, the product category, and the condition of the returned item.
International orders are not eligible for refunds and can only be replaced.
All returns are subject to inspection and will be processed only if the return conditions are met.
Conditions for Return
A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect.

The product is a fragrance (returns are not applicable to beauty or personal care products).

The item is returned in the same condition as received, including:

Cancellation & Return Requests
Cancellations and returns are not processed via customer service emails. Due to the high volume of emails received, we strongly discourage submitting requests through email, as timely processing cannot be guaranteed. Customers are advised to use the designated return or cancellation process available on the website or order portal.
Refund Process
Online Prepaid Orders

Cancellation before shipping:
A 2.5% deduction of the total order value will be applied. -
Return after shipping:
AED 25 will be deducted to cover courier charges. -
Refund timeline:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund method:
Refunds will be credited to your Luttfan Perfume E-Wallet. -
Cancellation before shipping:
No charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch. -
Return after shipping:
AED 25 will be deducted as courier charges. -
Refund timeline:
Wallet refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned order reaches our warehouse.
